| I'm going to have it when the shipping arrives! I've heard that it's very different from Angelo's earlier songs, so I'm really looking forward to it! Karyu has composed some of the songs, I don't know particularly yet and someone said he is even playing piano in one of the songs! But I'm going to check when I get my own press //edit: He's not playing a piano in any of the songs.

| I've heard he composed My strife, Plosive, Ruins and Love story. And I think they're pretty good songs. Plosive is my favourite. ^^
So yeah, music is good, I only have problems with Kirito's voice, but.. that's my problem. I don't know how they sounded before (since I'm not an Angelo fan), but I've read that they sound different now.

| Hmm, PLOSIVE might be my favourite too.... With the exception of the Amazing Grace intro of Gospel, BABEL seems to be a pretty good listen all through. Unfortunately, some of the songs do suffer from an overly pop-sounding chorus. FEATHER and Ruins come to mind. It's really a shame about Ruins. And Kirito really does have an interesting, sorta off-key, way of singing. At least we can know for certain he's not using auto-tune! All in all, not bad, though. Worth buying. | |

| It comes off as slightly forgettable to me. Kirito's voice does not agree with me at all, it sounds like a meek and powerless version of Daisuke. As for the songs themselves, most of them start off good, but... - yugandasekai wrote:

The choruses are bland with a very few exceptions. One of them is PLOSIVE. Thank you, Karyu. But those happy happy-choruses really ruined a lot for me! The beginnings of My Strife and Ruins were awesome but after a minute they kinda died... Buuut I'm blaming the weaknesses of this album on Kirito and goes on to applaud Karyu and Giru for their amazing guitarrwork. | |

| well it actually does the same with me. The music sounds pretty good, but somehow Kirito's voice doesn't fit in my ears. I'm always having problems with vocalists ==)a | |

| I agree. Most of the songs are forgettable, I think specifically because Kirito's voice doesn't fit the singing. However, I also agree that PLOSIVE is the best among Karyu's compositions, probably because Kirito's voice is more suited for this type of song. Overall, the album is just alright. | |
